Daily Cleaning & Maintenance Tasks

  • Grills & Flat-Tops: Scrape off food debris and wipe down with a damp cloth to remove grease and residue.
  • Fryers: Filter and store oil properly. Clean baskets and wipe exterior surfaces to prevent buildup.
