Smart Care has acquired Dutton Food Equipment Repair, a Richmond, Va.-based service agent.

The Middleby Corporation has acquired Icetro, a maker of ice, soft serve and slush machines. Icetro has annual sales of approximately $40 million, per a Middleby release.
