Matt Ratzlaff was appointed director of contract operations for Avanti Restaurant Solutions, a California-based foodservice equipment and supplies dealer.
In his new role Ratzlaff will lead Avanti’s commercial kitchen solutions team for design-build, construction and project management clients. This includes projects for restaurants, hotel and entertainment facilities, and institutional and retail operations.
He joins Avanti after having acted as a principal in a design-build firm, and following roles in purchasing, project management, portfolio management and operations.
Avanti Restaurant Solutions reported annual revenues of $36.61 million in 2018, making it the 39th largest foodservice equipment and supplies dealer in the country, according to FE&S’ 2019 Distribution Giants study.
