Smart Care Equipment Solutions has acquired REMCO, a regional provider of commercial kitchen repair, maintenance services and parts to the commercial foodservice industry. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Headquartered in Birmingham, Ala., REMCO provides services in Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, Georgia, and Florida. REMCO’s expertise includes kitchen repair and HVAC service capabilities.
As a result of the REMCO deal, Smart Care now has 550 technicians nationwide.
