Parent company for Tony Roma's names new COO and two vice presidents for the restaurant chain.

Romacorp, Inc. promoted three executives, including Brad Smith to chief operating officer of the Tony Roma's restaurant chain. Smith previously served as an executive vice president for the company and will keep that title, too.

In addition, Chukk Mills was promoted to vice President of franchise operations, overseeing Tony Roma's domestic and international system. Jessie Bray was promoted to vice president of training and human resources, responsible for all the training, HR and "people development" of Tony Roma's for the company restaurants and support centers.
