D&W Fine Pack LLC, a manufacturer of foodservice packaging and other related items, has purchased the equipment and inventory of Jet Plastica Industries, which manufactures plastic cutlery, straws, stirrers and meal kits.
Jet Plastica runs manufacturing facilities in Hatfield, Pa. and Fowler, Calif., and D&W Fine Pack will continue operations in both plant locations.
