SCA Americas Updates Management Team

Manufacturer of tissues, wipes and napkins appoints Lewis president.

Don Lewis was named president of SCA's Americas Business Unit. In addition, SCA announced a variety of other personnel moves within its management ranks.

In this role Lewis becomes responsible for overseeing all of SCA's businesses in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Central America and South America, and will serve as a member of the company's global leadership team. He joined SCA in 2001 and was previously president of SCA's North American away from home tissue division which manufactures and sells the Tork brand of towel, tissue, napkins and wipers.

Other moves within SCA's management team include:

  • Joseph Russo was promoted to vice president of sales and marketing for SCA's North American away from home professional hygiene business. Russo has been with SCA and its predecessors for 19 years and was previously vice president of sales distribution for the United States and Canada for SCA's North American tissue division.
  • Michael Jansen takes on a promotion to the new role of vice president of product planning and logistics for SCA Americas. Jansen has been with SCA for 11 years and was previously vice president of finance and CFO, and also a vice president of supply chain for SCA North America. 
  • Fred Albrecht has been promoted into the new position of vice president, supply chain for SCA Americas. Albrecht has been with SCA for nearly 10 years and was previously vice president of manufacturing for SCA's North American away from home tissue division.
