Acquisition adds five manufacturing locations to D&W
D&W Fine Pack LLC, a foodservice packaging company, acquired CM Packaging Group of Lake Zurich, Ill., a manufacturer of rigid plastic thermoformed containers and aluminum containers servicing the restaurant market, among others.
The CM Packaging Group's business complements the D&W product offerings and adds five manufacturing locations.
