Brink Named VP of Supply Chain at Fiesta Restaurant Group

Supply chain industry veteran to take over Taco Cabana and Pollo Tropical

Fiesta Restaurant Group, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Carrols Restaurant Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:TAST) named Joe Brink vice president of supply chain management, overseeing the brands Taco Cabana and Pollo Tropical.

Brink brings more than 20 years of supply chain management experience in the restaurant industry to his new role. Most recently, he served as vice president of supply chain management for Souper Salad and Grandy's restaurants.
