Wilson L. Craft, O'Charley's (NASDAQ:CHUX) concept president, announced his resignation.

Current president and CEO David W. Head will serve as interim concept president while the company conducts a search for Craft's replacement.

O'Charley's, Inc. is a multi-concept restaurant operator with three different brands: O'Charley's, Ninety Nine Restaurant and Stoney River Legendary Steaks.
