To celebrate National Food Safety Education Month this September, FE&S will host a webcast at 1 p.m. (CST) on Tuesday, September 27. "Lessons Learned from the Health Inspection" is a free webcast that will discuss what foodservice operators need to know to be properly prepared to pass a health inspection.
The webcast is available at no charge for foodservice operators, dealers, consultants and service agents. For more information and to register, click here.
To that end, panellists Vito Palazzolo of the National Restaurant Association and Zena Dater of Oswalt Restaurant Supply will share the lessons they have learned during their many years in working with foodservice operators of all shapes and sizes in developing and maintaining food safe environments. The discussion will also include ways to identify gaps in food safety programs, understanding what the health inspector looks for, and more.
