Eagle Group has forged an affiliation with American Creative Solutions, a manufacturer of front-of-the-house cabinetry, kiosks, carts, serving counters, custom refrigerated counters, trash containers, inclusive of custom wood, millwork, laminate, composite tops and stainless steel fabrication. As a result of this affiliation, a new company, American Creative Solutions, LLC was formed.

Jeff Sparks, previously the president of American Creative Solutions, Inc. serves as vice president and general manager of the newly formed LLC. The remainder of the American Creative Solutions' management team is also part of the new company. While customers' primary contacts at American Creative Solutions will remain the same, the new company will receive some support from Eagle Group personnel.

In addition, the Eagle Group sales force, led by Vice President of Sales Mark Brenner and Vice President of Regional Sales Glenn Dorris, will now market the American Creative Solutions' products to the company's customer base.

"We're excited about this affiliation because it gives us more products to sell in terms of cabinetry and woodwork and various other front-of-the-house items," Brenner said. "Because American Creative Solutions has some warmer products in its line, we have the chance to work more with interior designers and consultants. This expands our product offering quite a bit."
