The newly elected board directors are:
Maribeth Bisienere, vice president, Food & Beverage and Merchandise, Walt Disney Parks and Resorts
Geoff Hill, vice president of Roark Capital Group, which currently owns multiple restaurant brands that represent more than 4,000 locations worldwide.
Forrest Shoaf, chief legal officer of Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc.
