Cracker Barrel made several changes to its management team, including the appointment of Sandra Cochran to the post of president and chief operating officer. In addition, Douglas Barber was named executive vice president and chief people officer. Michael Woodhouse continues as Cracker Barrel’s chairman and chief executive officer.
The restaurant chain promoted Nicholas Flanagan to senior vice president of restaurant operations. Cracker Barrel announced it has started a search for a new chief financial officer; senior vice president and chief legal officer N.B. Forrest Shoaf will serve as interim chief financial officer.
In her new role, Cochran assumes responsibility for restaurant and retail operations, retail merchandising and real estate. She previously served as Cracker Barrel’s executive vice president and chief financial officer.
Barber, who had served as executive vice president and chief operating officer, is now responsible for human resources, diversity and outreach, training, and innovation.
