Manitowoc Foodservice Introduces Trio of New Hires
Manitowoc Foodservice introduced three new members to its team: Kenneth Goodwin, area vice president of sales; Sheri Noordhof; business development manager, blended beverage category; and Martin Palazeti, business development manager for the company's Delfield line.
A 30-year veteran of the foodservice industry, Goodwin is responsible for a regional sales team in Manitowoc’s territory that spans Georgia through Maryland territory. His experience includes six years with the former Enodis Corporation as senior vice president of sales and marketing for Frymaster and global president of key accounts.
In her new role, Noordhof will assist the Manitowoc Foodservice field sales organization, distribution, and other channels in support of its new blended beverage category. In addition, she will be involved in product and application definitions, program management, seeking voice-of-the-customer inputs, new product development and improvement, tradeshow marketing activities, and will develop and conduct product education and training programs.
Noordhof returns to Manitowoc Foodservice with more than 13 years experience within the foodservice industry, including twelve years with Delfield refrigeration where she held various positions including business development manager and product management.
In his new role, Palazeti will assist the Delfield sales organization, distribution, and other channels in support of sales and marketing initiatives. Palazeti brings 20 years of foodservice industry knowledge with him. Previous experience includes sales management for several major manufacturers as well as manufacturer’s representative and chain operator positions.
