LTI, Inc. hired John Davis to serve as vice president of product development.

John DavisIn his new role, Davis will lead LTI’s product strategy and innovation initiatives. His background includes senior roles at Arneg USA, ITW Corp. and Dover Corp. Most recently, he served as president of Davis Business Coaching, where he guided small community businesses through growth and strategic development. In 2025, Davis collaborated with LTI as a consultant, contributing research and analytical expertise to key projects.

LTI also introduced Donna Forsyth as chief financial officer.
