Teriyaki Madness Adds Shotter in CRO Role

Fast-casual chain Teriyaki Madness tapped Scott Shotter to serve as its chief restaurant officer. In this role, Shotter will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations across corporate and franchised locations.

Scott ShotterScott ShotterShotter’s restaurant industry career spans more than 35 years. Prior to joining Teriyaki Madness, he served as chief operating officer at Fuzzy’s Taco Shop, president of Condado Tacos, CEO of Back Yard Burgers and vice president of operations at Moe’s Southwest Grill.

He joins Teriyaki Madness during a growth spurt. The company’s goal is to open 45 new locations this year, fueled by both existing operators and new franchisees.

“He’s built, scaled and refined high-performing restaurant systems across multiple brands, but what sets him apart is how he balances the business side with a genuine obsession for guest experience.
