Electrolux Professional Group has reached a deal to acquire the assets of commercial cooking equipment manufacturer Royal Range. The deal is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026; however, the purchase price was not disclosed.

Electrolux Professional Group makes various types of cooking equipment, including combi ovens, steamers and steam-jacketed kettles, for sale in the Americas, according to its website. That said, adding some of the items Royal Range manufactures should broaden Electrolux Professional Group’s product portfolio.

Founded in 1995, Royal Range’s product line includes ranges, ovens, fryers and countertop cooking appliances. The company has approximately 40 employees and a factory in Eastvale, Calif., per a release announcing the deal.

“The business from Royal Range provides a strategically important addition to our existing cooking platform in the U.S. It combines and expands our product offering with new product categories in a positive and synergistic way,” says Bo Erickson, president business area food Americas, Electrolux Professional Group.
