Middleby’s CookTek and Turbo Chef brands made a trio of personnel moves.

Katie Brewer was hired to serve as CookTek’s product manager. Brewer previously served as operations manager for the Americas at Flexeserve, Inc. She also has experience working as a business consultant.

Lucy Gomez rejoined TurboChef and CookTek’s culinary team. Starting in 2005, Gomez spent 15 years with TurboChef as a culinary maintenance chef. Her resume features a variety of culinary roles, including working as a lead baker for Sodexo.

Finally, Brandy Atchley joined the CookTek and Turbo Chef team as a technical writer in the engineering department. In this role, Atchley will seek to develop and standardize manuals, instruction sheets, and technical documentation while managing the company’s technical library.
