Frontline International hired Valerie Moreland to serve as customer care manager.
Valerie MorelandPrior to joining Frontline, Moreland was customer service manager for GBS Corp. Her background also includes spearheading the start-up and development of Arthur Middleton Capital Holdings’ business units, consisting of customer service, inbound/outbound sales, training, recruiting, QA, order processing, order retention, and revenue recovery.
In her new role, Moreland will lead Frontline’s customer care team by developing standards and procedures, coaching team members, and analyzing customer feedback and support metrics to identify trends and drive improvements, per a company release.
Frontline manufactures solutions that manage fats, oils and grease in commercial kitchens.
