North American airport restaurateur and retailer Paradies Lagardère hired tapped Leigh Allan as the company’s senior vice president of dining. In this role, Allan will oversee the company’s portfolio of dining concepts, guide strategic growth and more.
Allan most recently served as vice president of North American food and beverage operations at Hilton, where he oversaw dining across 170 hotels, per a release announcing his hiring. His background also includes serving as global director of food and beverage at Valor Hospitality Partners and vice president of food and beverage at Wischermann Partners.
Paradies Lagardère’s Dining Division has opened 19 new restaurants this year and plans call for three more to open. The company now has 217 dining locations and more than 100 brand partnerships, the release added.
