As part of a series of personnel moves, Happy Joe’s Pizza and Ice Cream named Christopher Anschutz as vice president of restaurant operations and Jenny Culp as vice president of purchasing and supply chain.

The chain also hired Abby Rock as vice president of marketing and Ashley Balluff as vice president of training and culinary services,

Collectively, this group of new hires will guide brand strategy, training and culinary standards, procurement and distribution, as well as day-to-day restaurant operations across company and franchise locations, per a release.

Anschutz joined Happy Joe’s parent company, Dynamic Restaurant Holdings, in 2007 and most recently served as vice president of operations. His background also includes working with such restaurant chains as Ponderosa Steakhouse, Texas Roadhouse, and T.G.I. Friday’s. Culp joined the company in 2007 and most recently served as director of purchasing and supply chain.

Rock joins Happy Joe’s with nearly 20 years in sales and marketing experience, the release added. Balluff began working with Happy Joe’s family in 1999 and has held roles as head coach, district coach, and director of field training. Most recently, she served as director of training and culinary development.
