JK Adams’ will continue to operate from its Vermont headquarters, a place it has called home since 1944.

In a move related to this transaction, Malcolm Cooper Jr., who served as JK Adams’ owner and chairman, will retire. All the other JK Adams’ personnel are expected to remain with the company.
