Andrew Wiederhorn has reclaimed his role as chief executive officer for FAT Brands, a multiconcept operator. Co-CEOs Ken Kuick and Taylor Wiederhorn will return to their roles as chief financial officer and chief development officer.
Andy Wiederhorn stepped aside as FAT Brands CEO in May of 2023 in anticipation of a federal investigation into potential securities fraud.
In July the U.S. Department of Justice dropped the charges against Andy Wiederhorn paving the way for his return to the CEO role.
