Fast-casual chain Sweetgreen named Zipporah Allen its new chief commercial officer.
Zipporah AllenIn this role, Allen will play a role in “sharpening brand positioning and menu, driving demand, and deepening overall guest engagement,” per a company release.
Prior to joining Sweetgreen, Allen served as chief business officer at Strava, a digital fitness subscription platform. Allen’s restaurant industry experience includes serving as global digital officer for Taco Bell and chief marketing officer at Pizza Hut.
