Lee’s Famous Recipe Chicken hired Brian Seitz to serve as director of store design and construction.
Seitz is no stranger to Lee’s, having been part of the team that worked on the chain’s brand refresh, which introduced the new logo, store design and an open, spacious prototype.
In his new role, Seitz will guide the evolution of Lee’s store design from concept to execution across the system, per a release. In doing so, he will support franchisees with both new builds and remodels.
Lee’s has more than 130 locations spread across 12 states.
