Whataburger hired Jessica Reicher, a 30-year veteran of the restaurant industry, to serve as the chain’s executive vice president and chief operating officer. She will join the company on September 16, 2025.
Jessica ReicherMost recently, Reicher served as president of Arby’s for a multiconcept franchisee at Flynn Group, where she led more than 360 locations across 10 states. She also served as chief operating officer for Nando’s. In addition, Reicher’s restaurant industry resume includes stops Fuddruckers, Pizza Hut International, Red Robin and Taco Bell.
In her role with Whataburger, which is celebrating its 75th anniversary, Reicher will lead corporate and franchise restaurant operations and restaurant services, overseeing operational strategy, execution, and team development across Whataburger’s footprint.
