Company veteran Michael Potter was named Middleby group president with responsibility for Middleby Latin America which includes Mexico, Central America, The Caribbean, and South America.
Michael PotterPotter will continue his current leadership of QualServ North America and QualServ Europe.
Potter joined QualServ in 2018 and was promoted to president in 2019. (Middleby acquired QualServ in 2017.) He came to Middleby with more than 30 years of leadership experience in a variety of business and manufacturing arenas. In addition to leading QualServ operations, Potter has been the point person for Middleby’s relationship with World Central Kitchen, per a company release.
