Contract feeder Elior North America has re-branded its three education-focused divisions.
Aladdin Campus Dining now goes to market as Elior Collegiate Dining, focusing on higher education operations. The company also merged its Lexington Independents and Cater to You to create Elior Independent School Dining. And, finally, K-12 by Elior now goes to market as Elior School Dining.
“This transformation brings stronger unity, clarity, momentum, and a deeper alignment with the global Elior brand,” said Travis Young, senior president of Elior’s Education Department, in a release announcing the updates.
Elior North America provides dining solutions for more than 300 college campuses, private and independent schools, and K-12 institutions throughout North America, serving more than 73 million meals per year, per company data.
