Mercer Culinary promoted Chris Parker to national sales director. Paker joined the company in 2013 and has worked in the manufacturer’s foodservice and education market segments.
In his new role, Parker will oversee Mercer’s sales organization, including management of key accounts, independent representatives, and the internal sales team.
Mercer was acquired by CFS Brands in February.
