Theodore “TJ” Perlick Molinari will become CEO of Perlick Corp., effective July 1, 2025. Jeff Schwager, who previously served as Perlick Corp.’s interim CEO and president, will step into the newly created position of president and general manager.
Theodore “TJ” Perlick Molinari Schwager will remain in this position during Perlick’s formal search to fill its president and general manager role. Once Perlick fills the president and general manager position, Schwager will transition back to his role on the Wisconsin manufacturer’s board of directors.
Molinari will become the fifth generation of the Perlick family to lead the 107-year-old manufacturer of bar and refrigeration equipment. He most recently served as Perlick’s vice president for channel strategy and general counsel. He also has leadership experience in other parts of the company. In his new role, Molinari will guide Perlick’s long-term vision and strategy, reporting to the board of directors and serving as the company’s principal representative to industry partners, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
Molinari’s appointment follows the company’s February 2025 brand relaunch, which celebrated Perlick’s Milwaukee heritage and commitment to American-made innovation, per a company release.
