Restaurant industry veteran Jackie Secor was introduced as the chief operating officer for Taco John’s.
In her new role with the Mexican quick-serve restaurant chain, Secor oversees restaurant operations, technology, and training. She also works with such departments as supply chain, marketing, and development.
Secor’s restaurant industry background spans more than 25 years. She started as a shift manager for Auntie Anne’s and her career progressed to become sr. vice president of operations and training for multiconcept operator GoTo Foods.
