Twin Hospitality Group appointed Kim Boerema to serve as chief executive officer for the parent company of Twin Peaks Restaurant.
A restaurant industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience, Boerema most recently served as president and chief operating officer of Parry’s Pizzeria & Taphouse.
Boerema’s background also includes leadership positions with Iron Hill Brewery and Restaurant, California Pizza Kitchen and Texas Roadhouse.
Boerema’s hiring is part of a busy start to 2025 for the sports bar chain. In January, Fat Brands spun off Twin Hospitality Group, making it a publicly traded company.
Twin Peaks uses its menu diversity, service model and alcohol mix to drive annualized average unit volumes of $5.1 million, per a Restaurant Dive report. In January, the chain’s previous CEO said the goal was for Twin Peaks to hit $1 billion in revenue over the next three to five years.
