Vollrath Taps Dreibelbis for Corporate Chef Role

The Vollrath Co. appointed Paris Dreibelbis to serve as corporate chef and product training manager.

Vollrath ParisDreibelbisIn this position, Dreibelbis will oversee Vollrath University’s training and demonstration initiatives, support new product launches, and serve as a product expert.

Dreibelbis background includes serving as Food Fanatic chef for broadline distributor US Foods and as a corporate chef for Wisconsin-based manufacturer Alto-Shaam. In addition, he has experience working in commercial kitchens and other foodservice-related operations. Dreibelbis also worked alongside Team USA at the renowned Bocuse d'Or in Lyon, France, and winning first place at the Ment’or BKB Young Chef Competition in Las Vegas.

As part of this transition, longtime Vollrath Corporate Chef Rich Rupp will remain with the company part-time to assist with onboarding and ensure a smooth handoff of responsibilities. Rupp, who has been an invaluable resource and ambassador for the brand, will continue to support training initiatives until he decides to retire, per a company release.
