Ed Curtis was hired to fulfill the role of field service manager for Flexeserve, a Texas-based manufacturer of hot-food-holding equipment.

Ed Curtis As part of this role with Flexeserve, Curtis will train the company’s network of service partners and customers’ own in-house teams.

Training is fundamental to a successful service network. As turnover is commonplace within our market, we can continue to educate new and developing technicians to ensure they are meeting and surpassing customer expectations,” said Patrick Walker, Flexeserve vice president of technical service.

A veteran of the U.S. Army, Curtis’ professional background spans more than 20 years, with his roles and responsibilities spanning everything from technician to service manager.
