UNOX hired Kyle Coleman to serve as its active marketing chef for the company’s Southwest region, covering Arizona, New Mexico and El Paso, TX.
In this role, Coleman will focus on delivering individual cooking experiences and conducting training sessions in support of UNOX's various pieces of foodservice equipment.
Coleman’s background in food operations and culinary consultation spans two decades. He has held leadership roles with such companies as Dansons, Fresh Thyme Farmers Market and TurboChef.
