The Society for Hospitality and Foodservice Management (SHFM) Foundation named the recipients of its 2025 Fellowship Program, an initiative that connects promising students and military members with experienced leaders in the workplace hospitality industry.
Following an application process, the following nine individuals have been selected to participate in the program:

- Cheré Ashmead, Sacramento State
- Ella Cox, Michigan State University
- Jonathan Kruk, Johnson & Wales University
- Shawn L. Ruiz, MSgt, U.S. Air Force
- Me'Lisa Thimot, Delaware State University
- Max Tolliver, Michigan State University
- Emma Wells, Culinary Institute of America
- Ivonna Wilder, Pennsylvania State University
The Fellowship Program includes a one-year complimentary SHFM membership, along with complimentary admission to the SHFM National Conference, the association's Young Professionals Summit and the Critical Issues Conference.
