UNOX hired two technical training instructors: Ryan Ocampo and John Porter.

Ocampo’s background includes serving as a field service technician and manager. He has experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial foodservice equipment. Ocampo also has experience in planned maintenance and project management.

Porter’s past experiences include corporate training, operations management and customer service. He has developed comprehensive training programs and mentored service teams.
