Bloomin’ Brands promoted Kelia Bazile to president of Carrabba’s Italian Grill. She will now lead the operations and development for more than 190 Carrabba’s locations. 

Carrabba's is one of four brands in the Bloomin’ Brands portfolio, which also includes Outback Steakhouse, Bonefish Grill and Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar. 

Bazile joined Bloomin’ Brands in 2012 as a joint venture partner for Carrabba’s eventually becoming vice president of operations in 2022. In 2024, she moved to Bonefish Grill, another Bloomin' Brands operation, as vice president of operations.
