Two longtime foodservice consultants are joining together to setup a new company in Mexico City. FSC-Gastrotec Mexico plans to provide “customized foodservice consulting services” in Mexico, Central and South America.
FSC-Gastrotec Mexico is led by William Taunton, FCSI, CFSP, a Latin America-based foodservice consultant who will serve as a partner in the firm as well as its CEO. Taunton is also president of Gastrotec, SpA. Also part of the leadership team is James Camacho, FCSI, CSI, who serves as partner/director. Camacho is principal at a Georgia-based foodservice consulting firm that bears his last name. Rounding out the team is Veronica Millares, also a foodservice consultant and an architect with more than 17 years of experience.
“Our partnership is built on a shared vision to elevate foodservice consulting in Mexico,” said Taunton.
