TWC Services continues to expand in Texas as it acquired the Austin, Texas, location of Pro Refrigeration, LLC, a commercial HVAC and refrigeration service company. TWC Services is an Iowa-based service agent.

Pro Refrigeration’s locations in Dallas and Waco, Texas were not part of the deal and will remain under the ownership of Clay and Terri Kerr, per a release announcing the deal. The Kerrs own and operate Pro Refrigeration.

Pro Refrigeration’s Austin location and its five team members will become part of TWC Services’ Canyon Lake, Texas, branch that serves the Austin and San Antonio markets.

This is TWC Services’ third acquisition in Texas. In March 2024 TWC Service bought Dallis Refrigeration in Canyon Lake and in July 2023 the company acquired P&M Services TX in Houston.
