Ali Group added to its portfolio by acquiring JIPA, a Czech Republic-based manufacturer of advanced electrical multifunctional devices for commercial kitchens. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The JIPA JUMP, the cornerstone of the company’s product line, performs a variety of cooking functions, including pressure cooking, frying, braising, grilling and sous vide. The company was founded in 1992 as JIPA CZ s.r.o.
