Ricca Design hired foodservice industry veteran Joshua Smith to serve as principal of East Coast operations. He will work from Annapolis, Md.
In this role, Smith will oversee two of Ricca’s design studios.
His background in foodservice design covers roughly two decades and includes experience working with projects in high-end restaurants, luxury hotels and many other sectors spanning North America.
