Multiconcept operator Bloomin’ Brands, Inc. promoted Pat Hafner to president of Outback Steakhouse, the company’s largest brand.
He also serves as an executive vice president for Bloomin’ Brands. Hafner most recently served as president of Carrabba’s Italian Grill.
The promotion comes full circle as Hafner began his restaurant industry career as a server and cook at Outback Steakhouse rising in the ranks before joining Carrabba’s Italian Grill as vice president of operations in 2018. He was promoted to president of the brand in 2022.
