Winholt hired two new regional sales managers for its Northeast and Central regions.

Michael Carlson, CFSP has rejoined Winholt as regional sales manager – Northeast foodservice. In his new position, he will oversee the sales strategy for the Northeast region, working closely with Winholt rep firms Tri-Sate Marketing and SESCO.

Carlson most recently served as the national account manager at Seating Concepts Inc. He spent more than five years with Winholt before leaving the company in 2023.

Deanne Townsend has joined Winholt as regional sales manager for the Central region. In her new position, she will oversee the foodservice sales strategy in the territory, working closely with Winholt rep firms Paragon Marketing and Redco Foodservice Equipment.

Townsend brings more than 20 years of experience in the foodservice industry. Prior to becoming part of the Winholt team she was a manufacturer’s representative, with extensive knowledge of stainless-steel fabrication, founded on her previous experience as a product manager for a custom stainless steel fabricator.
