The CES Family of Companies expanded its presence among foodservice equipment and supplies dealers by acquiring Cleveland-based Dubick Fixture and Supply.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Dubick will still go to market under the same name under the leadership of brothers Mark and John Cipriani. They along with the other Dubick employees are expected to remain with the Ohio-based dealership.

CES Family of Companies is a portfolio company of Cooper Management, LLC. Other foodservice equipment and supplies dealers it owns includes March, Ramar, Total Restaurant Supply and Wilson Restaurant Supply.
