Zepole Supply Co. continued its Midwestern expansion by acquiring Fein Brothers. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Fein Brothers is a 95-year-old Milwaukee-based foodservice equipment and supplies dealer that will continue to go to market under the same brand name, per a release announcing the deal. In addition, the Fein Brothers leadership team will remain in place to provide “continuity and stability as both companies integrate their operations.”

This deal comes a little more than a year after Zepole opened a branch in St. Cloud, Minn., its first location outside of the foodservice equipment and supplies dealer’s home state of Illinois.

“This acquisition aligns with our strategic vision to expand our offerings in the Midwest, and to continue to provide top-level service from a family-owned, people first organization,” said Gary Thiakos, owner and president of Zepole Supply.
