UNOX appointed Mark Garcia to serve as active marketing chef for the Texas region.
In this role Garcia will provide “cooking experiences” and lead training sessions for UNOX customers in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Western Tennessee.
His career spans more than 15 years and Garcia is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America.
