Upen Malani was hired to serve as executive director of Dining Services at the University of Richmond.

Upen Malani Malani, who most recently served as executive director of Auxiliary Services at Georgetown University, brings more than 20 years of experience in higher education leadership and dining services to UR.

At Georgetown, Malani oversaw all dining operations, including opening a new campus eatery, retail sites and catering. His resume also includes a stint at Marymount University, where he managed all auxiliary services, including transitioning their dining program from a third-party vendor to a self-operated model.
