Middleby Corp. is expanding Meghan Daro’s vice president of consultant services role to work more with international consultants.

Meghan DaroThis enhanced role will include coordinating programming for consultants at the Middleby Innovation Kitchen, including in Dallas, Spain, and the U.K., as well as future locations. 

In April 2019, Middleby created the vice president of consultant services role, with Daro assuming this position after having previously worked with the company’s Follett Ice brand. She also built Middleby’s Residential Designer Services program.

Daro focusing her energies on working with more global consultants will lead to a shift in the responsibilities for Anne Puricelli, executive vice president, marketing & European brands for Middleby Residential. Puricelli will expand her role to direct and oversee Middleby’s Residential Designer Services’ activities and programs.

The two will work together on crossover opportunities with projects that exist on both sides of Middleby’s business, such as long-term care facilities, stadiums and housing with both commercial and residential kitchens.
